Before founding TenseDesign, Ty worked across every facet of the homebuilding process—from digging footings to installing countertops—to ensure he didn’t just talk the talk, but could walk the walk. That hands-on foundation shaped a design philosophy rooted in both vision and experience which now is expressed with a full team of visionaries.
